We live and breathe aviation

Integrated Airline Group (IAG) is a company created by Iren Dornier and Nikos Gitsis in November 2014 to consolidate and manage their aviation-related investments after over 28 years of continued growth and expansion.

Iren and Nick’s first business venture in the Philippines was Southeast Asian Airlines (SEAIR), Inc. Founded in 1995, Pilots Iren and Nick started with two nine-seater Dornier 28 aircraft servicing a remote island resort in Palawan called Apulit Island, which later grew into a partnership with Singapore Airline’s Low cost division, Tiger Airways, using Airbus 320s flying to 20 destinations in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. In between those 2 events are a rich history of pioneering service to the transport and tourism development of Philippines as seen now through the well know destinations across the archipelago.

  • Developed the S-Ray 007, a two-seater amphibious seaplane, to a pre-certified stage, a joint effort between Dornier Technologie GMBH and Dornier Technology Philippines.
  • Introduced and secured type certification of first entry aircraft with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)
  • Consulted and successfully secured CAAP certification for a new commercial airports in Palawan and Northern Luzon, and opened multiple airports to the first commercial traffic over many years

  • Brought Boracay, Busuanga (Northern Palawan) Siargao, and Batanes into mainstream tourism from their unknown status to premier tourist destinations

  • Developed Club Noah Isabelle Resort in Apulit Island, Taytay, Palawan, now Apulit Island under the Ayala owned Ten Knots Group.
